SV Trans Tour fleet consists of only modern vehicles. We pay extra special attention to the safety and comfort of our passengers. Our vehicles are licensed for passenger carriage across all Europe and provided with full insurance package, including individual insurance for each passenger.
All our drivers are highly qualified and have accident-free record. For passenger safety, we perform daily medical checks for all our drivers before going on route. All drivers have mobile means of communication with our operator and have been trained to perform under any circumstances.
The person making the Booking must be at least 18 years of age and has the responsibility to follow the online booking process, ensure all the details provided are correct and complete and make full payment
The Provider shall sell and the Customer shall purchase the Service in accordance with any quotation or offer of the Provider which is accepted by the Customer, or any reservation of the Customer which is accepted by the Provider, subject in either case to these Conditions.
The Customer accepts these Conditions by placing a reservation with the provider via, without limitation, the Provider’s website (www.svtranstour.com),
After the Customer has made a reservation, he/she will receive an e-mail from the Provider acknowledging that the latter has received the confirmation.
The Provider or any Authorised Representative of the Provider will accept the reservation made by the Customer by sending to the same an e-mail of confirmation. The Contract will only be formed when such a confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer.
Prepay by Credit or Debit card online.
Each passenger has a luggage entitlement of 1x bag or suitcase per person, maximum combined size of 158 cm (length + width + height) and hand luggage, such as handbags & small bags. All luggage must be securely labelled with the owner’s name and destination address. We cannot be held responsible for locating lost luggage that was not correctly labelled.
"No Shown" meaning: If passenger books a private hire car with us and failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include airport, seaport, home, hotel and other private address. This will include incorrect date and time of the bookings.
The driver will wait in the arrival hall of airport up to 1 hour 30 minutes from flight landing time and 15 minutes at the doors of hotels, apartments itc. If the passenger fails to meet the driver within this time limit or failed to make contact via phone, email or SMS to inform their status at the airport or seaport, this will be considered as a no show.
Cancellations and cancellation charges
Refunds will be issued on the following conditions: All pre- paid bookings booked with a credit card or debit card, cancellation must be notified 48 hours prior to the actual pick up time.
All refunds are subject to minimum fee of 7.00 EUR (bank charges).
If we are refunding to an international bank account, we will deduct all the bank changes from the actual refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded.
You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
